The Compass Thimble

Hand cast and polished pewter magnetic compass thimble.

A very unusual and unique thimble it has a working magnetic compass fitted into the top (this should help you find your way around your collection). 

 A magnetic compass has a moving needle that always points to the north.

Height approx 18mm.
